Breastfeeding Support Services
The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program offers breastfeeding support and education to pregnant and breastfeeding women at no cost to the participant. Our staff includes internationally board-certified lactation consultants (IBCLC), breastfeeding peer counselors, and nutritionists.

Breastfeeding Support & Nursing Bras
The Springfield Greene County WIC program offers lactation support to all breastfeeding moms regardless of WIC participation. Anyone can call or come in and get help with breastfeeding. WIC participants can be fitted for one free nursing bra. We offer these after delivery, as breast size changes can be significant.

Donating breast milk is giving the gift of life. There is now a safe, healthy and simple way for local women to donate milk that will help improve the lives of infants in our area and beyond.
